The UK Supreme Court writing competition is a great way for those with a keen interest in law and the UK justice system to get involved and put their skills of persuasion to the test. Students in year 12 or 13 in England and Wales, S5 or S6 in Scotland and Year 13 or 14 in Northern Ireland are eligible to apply for this fantastic opportunity and the chance to meet a Supreme Court Justice. This competition is a unique opportunity to build research skills, learn more about law in the UK and looks great on UCAS forms too! All entrants receive individual feedback from our Judicial Assistants, with the final winner being chosen by a Supreme Court Justice. Last year we received a whopping 84 entries and our Judicial Assistants were extremely impressed with the quality of the essays from students across the United Kingdom. The competition will open on Wednesday 18th November with a deadline of Monday 8th February
