Our K-5 Elementary School program offers a richly integrated, child-centered curriculum which builds upon fostering connections between content, values and actions. Use of educational technology in our primary and intermediate grades allows students to easily learn, evaluate sites and connect with the world around them. Starting in 4th Grade, students are responsible for their own laptop at school where they can access their math text, use a homework website, conduct research and join in deep conversations about literature. Specialists in Art, Music, Library and PE also play an integral role in extending thematic connections between the classroom and the fine arts as well as through physical fitness. Read more about Arts and Athletics here. Children are born naturally curious.

Elena Iannone, 20, Ontario, Ohio. After 20 years of working as a legal assistant in a solo practitioner law firm, the attorney I worked with decided to close his practice to join a larger firm. I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing to find a job at the age of 65, but I didnt have a current resume. I thought Id be retiring from the law firm, so I hadnt had any need to keep my resume current. I knew Marvin from church, so I reached out to him at #GetNoticed Resume Writing and More so he could assist me with a resume. Marvin is very professional and knows the right questions to ask in order to write a professional resume that will get you noticed. Thankfully, I didnt need the resume at that time because I started working part time with a company that decided to offer me a full time position. I know, though, that if the need arises I will have a professionally written resume to present to a prospective employer. I know that I can contact Marvin to update my resume if the need arises. I highly recommend Marvin and #GetNoticed.

The topic, no, just the word itself, sparks controversy. It has for a long time. Drawing on the theories of his fellow educational progressive, psychologist G. The Journal was an influential magazine, especially with parents.
A s kids return to school, debate is heating up once again over how they should spend their time after they leave the classroom for the day. The no-homework policy of a second-grade teacher in Texas went viral last week , earning praise from parents across the country who lament the heavy workload often assigned to young students. Brandy Young told parents she would not formally assign any homework this year, asking students instead to eat dinner with their families, play outside and go to bed early. But the question of how much work children should be doing outside of school remains controversial, and plenty of parents take issue with no-homework policies, worried their kids are losing a potential academic advantage.
