The aim of a thesis abstract is to give the reader a broad overview of what your research project was about and what you found that was novel, before he or she decides to read the entire thesis. The exception to this is your PhD examiner, however know that even they may not read the entire length of the document. Some people may still skip to and read specific sections throughout your thesis such as the methodology, but the fact is that the abstract will be all that most read and will therefore be the section they base their opinions about your research on. In short, make sure you write a good, well-structured abstract. Three hundred words is not a lot of words which makes it even more difficult to condense three or more years of research into a coherent, interesting story.

The argumentative essay is a genre of writing that requires the student to investigate a topic ; collect, generate, and evaluate evidence; and establish a position on the topic in a concise manner. Please note: Some confusion may occur between the argumentative essay and the expository essay. These two genres are similar, but the argumentative essay differs from the expository essay in the amount of pre-writing invention and research involved. The argumentative essay is commonly assigned as a capstone or final project in first year writing or advanced composition courses and involves lengthy, detailed research. Expository essays involve less research and are shorter in length. Argumentative essay assignments generally call for extensive research of literature or previously published material. Argumentative assignments may also require empirical research where the student collects data through interviews, surveys, observations, or experiments.
Sophie Colle, 25, Cullman, Alabama. Fantastic, guys! The writer managed to follow each and every instruction and all the comments of the professor (very detailed ones) on how to format the paper and how to write a proper thesis, introduction, and conclusion. I am glad your writers treat their work in such a way, and they are responsible for the work they deliver. Moreover, I can ask for a revision, not contradicting the initial instructions. I am pleased and surprised, thanks!

A literature review surveys books, scholarly articles, and any other sources relevant to a particular issue, area of research, or theory, and by so doing, provides a description, summary, and critical evaluation of these works in relation to the research problem being investigated. Literature reviews are designed to provide an overview of sources you have explored while researching a particular topic and to demonstrate to your readers how your research fits within a larger field of study.
