Artificial consciousness AC , also known as machine consciousness MC or synthetic consciousness Gamez ; Reggia , is a field related to artificial intelligence and cognitive robotics. The aim of the theory of artificial consciousness is to "Define that which would have to be synthesized were consciousness to be found in an engineered artifact" Aleksander Neuroscience hypothesizes that consciousness is generated by the interoperation of various parts of the brain , called the neural correlates of consciousness or NCC, though there are challenges to that perspective. Proponents of AC believe it is possible to construct systems e.

Most virtue ethics theories take their inspiration from Aristotle who declared that a virtuous person is someone who has ideal character traits. These traits derive from natural internal tendencies, but need to be nurtured; however, once established, they will become stable. For example, a virtuous person is someone who is kind across many situations over a lifetime because that is her character and not because she wants to maximize utility or gain favors or simply do her duty. Unlike deontological and consequentialist theories, theories of virtue ethics do not aim primarily to identify universal principles that can be applied in any moral situation.
Johanna Delgado, 19, Avon, North Carolina. I signed up for a Japanese pop culture class I had been very excited about. Unfortunately, I fell sick and could not attend the majority of the classes. When it was the time to write the final essay to conclude the course, it became clear to me that I had not learned enough to complete it. I had a bunch of power point presentations but they couldn't save me because I had a vary vague idea of the subject in general. So I placed my order here, uploaded all the materials and instructions I had, and waited. Thankfully, I had enough time and didn't have to hurry and pay extra money. They found a writer for me within only seven hours after I placed my order, and that person wrote an all-around good essay on the depiction of femininity in Japanese pop culture. It was based on the course materials and looked as it it was written by a person who knew a thing or two about the subject. I got an A and couldn't believe how lucky I was. I hope I will never have to use a site like this one again, but the experience itself was positive.

We believe that we have free will and this belief is so firmly entrenched in our daily lives that it is almost impossible to take seriously the thought that it might be mistaken. We deliberate and make choices, for instance, and in so doing we assume that there is more than one choice we can make, more than one action we are able to perform. When we look back and regret a foolish choice, or blame ourselves for not doing something we should have done, we assume that we could have chosen and done otherwise.
Some Marxists posit what they deem to be Karl Marx's theory of human nature , which they accord an important place in his critique of capitalism , his conception of communism , and his ' materialist conception of history '. Marx , however, does not refer to human nature as such, but to Gattungswesen , which is generally translated as 'species-being' or 'species-essence'. According to a note from Marx in the Manuscripts of , the term is derived from Ludwig Feuerbach 's philosophy, in which it refers both to the nature of each human and of humanity as a whole. However, in the sixth Theses on Feuerbach , Marx criticizes the traditional conception of human nature as a species which incarnates itself in each individual, instead arguing that human nature is formed by the totality of social relations.
